With a strong presence across eCommerce, social media and brand campaigns, the creative team plays a central role in shaping how the brand shows up across all channels.
The Role: This is a hands-on production role responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of creative content, from initial briefing through to final output. Working as a core member of the creative and marketing team, you will coordinate campaign shoots, studio production and on-location content while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high creative standard. The role involves managing production logistics, coordinating cross-functional teams and overseeing post-production workflows to ensure smooth execution across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full production process for creative projects from briefing through to final delivery
- Plan and oversee campaign shoots, internal shoots and studio production
- Coordinate on-site and location shoots including logistics, scheduling and execution
- Manage pre-production planning including locations, casting, call sheets and shoot administration
- Oversee post-production workflows and delivery timelines
- Work closely with internal teams including creative, marketing, social and eCommerce
- Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, freelancers and production partners
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Support brand campaigns, product launches and athlete collaborations
- Identify potential production risks and implement solutions
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a Producer, Production Assistant or similar production role
- Experience managing end-to-end creative production
- Experience coordinating studio, campaign and on-location shoots
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience managing budgets, schedules and shoot logistics
- Strong understanding of post-production workflows
- Confident working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment
- Experience within fashion, sportswear, lifestyle or eCommerce brands is desirable
Portfolio Requirement: Candidates should demonstrate a strong portfolio or body of work showcasing involvement in campaign production, brand content or commercial shoots. Agency or brand-side experience will be considered.
