Role Purpose
The successful post holder will support the Merchandiser in maximising the profitability of the range through the effective management of inventory, driving sales through improved availability, forecasting and reduced markdown.
Role Objectives
- Create and maintain an accurate intake and delivery schedule in line with business targets.
- Manage Wholesale availability, bookings and deliveries.
- Complete weekly trading analysis for the business providing key performance indicators relating to stock, profit and markdown.
- Provide relevant analytics to support commercial decisions, taking appropriate action to influence the achievement of business goals.
- Conduct detailed ad-hoc analysis when required to support wider business.
- Raising and ratioing of POs in line with buying and delivery schedule.
- Managing critical path and actioning any changes to supplier delivery dates and ensuring all stakeholders are kept up to date.
- Manage monthly rebuys/availability.
- Liaising with warehouse to coordinate deliveries and bookings.
- Working cross-functionally with the wider business to ensure business objectives are met.
Your knowledge, skills & experience
- Specific experience in fashion retail merchandising, already as an Assistant Merchandiser or strong MAA looking for the next step.
- Advanced planning and analytical skills, including strong excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
- Good judgement and decision-making skills.
- Confidence in suggesting calculated risks.
- High level of accuracy.
- Strong customer awareness and understanding.
- Passionate about product, strong market and brand awareness.

Salary/Package:
