The Role
This is a hands-on, commercially focused design role with a strong emphasis on digital content creation. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end creative across both physical product design and digital channels, supporting brand growth across ecommerce, social media, and marketing campaigns. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate briefs into impactful, trend-led creative that performs across both retail and digital environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Product & Packaging Design
- Develop trend-led packaging concepts across multiple product categories
- Translate briefs into commercially effective designs suitable for retail environments
- Liaise with international suppliers to support product development
- Digital Content Creation
- Produce digital assets for ecommerce, social media, email campaigns, and web platforms
- Create content optimised for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok
- Support product launches and campaigns with engaging, high-quality visuals
- Campaign & Brand Support
- Collaborate with marketing teams on content planning and visual storytelling
- Contribute to brand consistency across all digital and physical touchpoints
- Design assets for online retail, paid campaigns, and internal platforms
- Collaboration & Delivery
- Work cross-functionally with buying, marketing, sales, and compliance teams
- Manage workload effectively to meet critical path deadlines
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a design role within a consumer-focused environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging, digital, and campaign work
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience creating digital-first content for ecommerce and social platforms
- Strong understanding of design trends and commercially driven creative
- Awareness of digital content formats and performance-led design
- Experience working with overseas suppliers is advantageous
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and digital workflows
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
- Interest in photography and or video content creation
