As part of our client’s growing National Security team, you’ll lead technical teams from the front, ensuring best practice and successful delivery of complex software projects. You’ll play a key role in shaping architecture and integration strategy across secure, cross-domain environments, while mentoring the next generation of Software Engineers.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading an established team of Software Engineers across multiple secure programmes
  • Driving architecture and integration strategy across cross-domain systems
  • Designing and guiding Java / Spring Boot microservices-based solutions
  • Acting as a senior technical liaison with key stakeholders and customers
  • Building strong customer relationships through direct engagement
  • Contributing to and helping prepare technical proposals and bids
  • Assisting the customer account team in business development efforts
  • Collaborating with delivery management to identify risks, plan deliveries, and support resource allocation

  • Architecture & Integration
  • Cross-domain strategy and secure system integration
  • Java / Spring Boot microservices design and governance

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience leading teams in Agile, customer-facing software projects

    • Front-end development and user experience (UX)
