We are seeking a detail-oriented UX Research Operations Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in enhancing our user experience research processes. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that our research operations run smoothly and effectively.

- Engagement: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote)
- Compensation: £45,000 - £55,000

What you’ll do
- Coordinate and manage user experience research activities to support product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that research findings are effectively integrated into design and product strategies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research or research operations.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in research tools and software relevant to UX research.
Nice to have
- Experience in the FinTech industry.
- Familiarity with quantitative research methods.
Skills & tools
- Experience with user research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or similar.
- Knowledge of data analysis software like SPSS or R.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
