We're recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with our client, a large and growing organisation, seeking a Talent Acquisition Marketing Executive to join their Talent Acquisition team. This is a great role for a graduate or junior marketer looking to build experience across social media, content creation, employer branding and recruitment marketing while taking ownership of a standalone position.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing recruitment marketing campaigns across social media and careers channels
- Creating engaging content including copy, graphics and video
- Supporting the launch of a new employer brand
- Coordinating recruitment events and careers fairs
- Managing the careers inbox and supporting recruitment activity
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to showcase employee stories and attraction campaigns
What We're Looking For
- Marketing, recruitment, HR or administration experience
- Strong social media and content creation skills
- Experience using Canva and digital marketing platforms
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, self-starter mindset with the confidence to work independently
