Job Description

We have partnered with one of the UK's fastest-growing oral care brands, helping thousands of customers achieve healthier, whiter, more confident smiles.

Now, as the business scales, they're looking for an ambitious Head of Digital to take ownership of digital and marketing end to end.

You'll sit above the existing marketing team and external agency partners, reporting directly to the CEO.

This is a senior leadership seat - not a function to run within someone else's plan, but the plan itself.

You'll own strategy, budget, planning, performance and execution across paid media, influencer, social, email, content, brand campaigns, product launches, partnerships and retention.

Brand building and performance marketing both sit on your desk, and you're expected to deliver measurable growth on both fronts.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Strategy & Leadership
  • Build and execute the overall marketing and digital strategy
  • Set quarterly and annual marketing plans against company growth targets
  • Lead and manage the marketing team, with clear objectives and accountability
  • Manage agency and freelancer relationships
  • Identify new channels, partnerships and acquisition opportunities
  • Report directly to the CEO on performance and strategic initiatives
  • Performance Marketing
  • Oversee paid advertising across Meta, Tik Tok, Google and emerging platforms
  • Work with agencies to improve ROAS, CAC and profitability
  • Monitor KPIs and drive data-led improvements
  • Manage budgets and forecast channel performance
  • Influencer & Affiliate
  • Lead influencer and affiliate strategy
  • Scale creator partnerships and ambassador programmes
  • Own campaign planning, negotiations and performance analysis
  • Align influencer activity with product launches and wider business goals
  • Social & Content
  • Oversee social activity across Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and emerging platforms
  • Guide content strategy to drive engagement, reach and sales
  • Work with the social team on creative campaigns and viral content
  • Keep brand consistent across every channel
  • CRM & Retention
  • Own email and SMS marketing strategy
  • Drive retention, repeat purchase rate and customer lifetime value
  • Work with the team managing Klaviyo on automations, campaigns and segmentation
  • Build out loyalty, referral and retention initiatives
  • Product Launches & Reporting
  • Lead go-to-market strategy for new product launches
  • Coordinate integrated campaigns across brand and sales objectives
  • Own marketing reporting, dashboards and KPI tracking
  • Present insights and recommendations to the leadership team

  • 5+ years in a marketing leadership role
  • Experience managing multi-channel e-commerce marketing
  • Strong grip on performance marketing
  • Experience managing marketing teams and agencies
  • Commercially driven with a strong analytical mindset

  • Have DTC e-commerce experience
  • Have worked in beauty, wellness, oral care or consumer products
  • Have managed influencer and affiliate programmes
  • Know your way around Klaviyo, Shopify and attribution platforms
