Role Description

The Leasing Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Aberdeen. This role involves managing the full leasing lifecycle, including marketing available properties, property viewings, negotiation between tenants and landlords, creating inventories and check-out reports, co-ordinating tenants moving in and out, midterm inspections, dealing with new landlords, good computing skills are essential (Outlook, word, excel, basic website), great organisational and self-management skills also essential.... Driving Licence and Leasing Experience Absolutely Essential.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong knowledge of leases and lease administration, including drafting, reviewing, and explaining lease terms.
  • Candidates should possess skills in property management and residential leasing to support the full rental cycle and ongoing tenancy oversight.
  • Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
  • Candidates should possess solid organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple properties, inquiries, and administrative tasks.
  • Relevant experience in residential property leasing or estate agency, preferably within the Aberdeen market.
  • Ability to work on-site, including conducting property viewings and inspections, and collaborating closely with the property management team.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency with basic office software and property management systems; a valid driver’s license is Absolutely Essential.
