Hourly Rate: £12.60 per hour (Increasing to £13.45 from April 2026)

Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday, 8:00am - 4:30pm, Friday, 8:00am - 3:15pm

Location: 1345-1351 Gallowgate, Parkhead, Glasgow

Contract: Temporary Contract until 31st October 2026

We are currently looking to recruit a Temporary Ground Maintenance Technician to carry out Estate Services within the Parkhead area of Glasgow. Working within a team, you are responsible for delivering a quality service. This appointment is a varied and challenging role, and it is essential that you have good working knowledge and experience of general cleaning, ground maintenance, and caretaking.

The individual must be self-motivated, enthusiastic with the ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines whilst being a team player. You will be courteous and polite to customers and others at all times. Full training will be provided.

A full, valid driving licence would be desirable but not essential as a company vehicle will be provided for business use only.
