For a September 2026 start, we are seeking to appoint a permanent Learning Support Assistant to join our Team. You will be working in a very effective and friendly team of LSA’s that support the educational, personal and social needs of our pupils in and out of lessons. You will need to be enthusiastic and positive, have a good level of physical stamina, and able to motivate pupils to achieve their best in all aspects of the curriculum including during break and lunch times.
The appointed candidate will support the SEND department in promoting and supporting the inclusion of all pupils in the learning activities in which they are involved. This post offers an exciting opportunity for someone energised and passionate about working with young people and seeing them flourish, learn and grow.
Parkfields has 470 children and includes a hearing impaired provision. The school was inspected in May 2024 and was judged to be Good in all areas by Ofsted.
