Parkfield Primary School is seeking a Level 1 Teaching Assistant (SEND) to join our dedicated Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) team to provide personalised support to pupils with complex needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalised support to individual pupils and small groups with complex needs.
  • Assist in the delivery of tailored educational programmes to meet the diverse needs of learners.
  • Support pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) or Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) needs.

Qualifications & Required Skills:

  • Enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about supporting children with SEND.
  • Experience in a school or nursery setting.
  • Understanding of inclusion, patience, and flexibility in helping children succeed.
  • Ability to converse at ease with customers and service users and provide advice in accurate spoken English.
  • Declaration of not being subject to immigration controls and the ability to provide proof of Right to Work in the UK if invited for an interview.
