Parkfield Primary School is seeking to appoint a temporary Level 2 Administrator to join our welcoming and vibrant school office to cover the maternity leave of the current post holder. We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, self‑motivated and highly organised individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working as part of a team. We would like the successful candidate to start with us on Tuesday 25th August.

What we are looking for:

  • Has excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
  • Is confident using a range of IT systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel (experience with Arbor is highly desirable).
  • Can work efficiently in a fast‑paced office with frequent interruptions.
  • Is professional, approachable, and able to build positive relationships as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, and visitors.
