Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant looking for a hybrid role working in the HR / Procurement / Manufacturing / Property / Facilities Management sectors on either Interim / Temps or Perms? 360 recruitment experience is essential, but sector experience is not. They also finish early on Fridays too :)

This role is for a very well-established Blue Chip recruitment agency, who have some rare opportunities to join their stable team - it's so good that people rarely leave.

Responsibilities

  • Offer a good quality service to clients by selecting applicants through good job matching and tight control
  • Sell recruitment business solutions over the telephone and face to face
  • Build client relationships and account manage clients
  • Achieve targets and adhere to agreed action plans.
