You'll have the opportunity to manage, develop and grow existing client accounts while identifying new opportunities and building lasting relationships. We'll also consider an outstanding Account Manager who has the commercial awareness to recognise buying signals, maximise opportunities within existing accounts and naturally grow business through excellent relationship management. Your role will include: * Managing and developing a busy recruitment desk * Growing existing client relationships * Identifying new business opportunities * Interviewing and attracting quality candidates * Managing vacancies from start to finish * Negotiating offers and delivering an exceptional service * Working closely with colleagues to continue building a successful team About You - Recruitment Consultant * You'll already have recruitment agency experience or be an exceptional Account Manager with a proven ability to develop client relationships and spot opportunities others miss. * You're commercially aware, proactive and confident building long-term partnerships.
