Recruitment Consultant

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for managing a 360 recruitment desk within specialist markets.

  • Develop new business and build long‑term client relationships
  • Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
  • Source, interview and manage high‑quality candidates
  • Negotiate offers and manage the recruitment process through to completion
  • Build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
  • Work alongside an experienced and successful recruitment team

About You
