Up to £32k | Every Friday afternoon off | Hybrid working | Warm desk | Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant who has already built a solid foundation in agency recruitment and is ready for the next step? This opportunity gives you the chance to take over a warm desk with an established database, work on quality permanent appointments and enjoy genuine flexibility after your induction. Following your initial 2-3 week office-based training, you'll move to hybrid working, spending Mondays and Fridays with the team and the rest of the week working from home. You'll also finish early every Friday afternoon, giving you a head start on the weekend. With average fees of £9k-£10k, you'll have the time to build lasting relationships rather than chasing volume.
