The Role
- Manage a busy 360 recruitment desk
- Develop new business and identify opportunities to grow your desk
- Build on existing client relationships
- Recruit temporary and permanent staff

About You
- Have previous agency recruitment experience
- Ideally come from an Industrial or Logistics recruitment background
- Enjoy business development as well as account management
- Know how to build strong, long-term client relationships
- Are proactive and happy to take ownership of your desk
- Care about delivering a good service to clients and candidates
- Have a full UK driving licence and your own vehicle
