The Role

  • As an On Site Recruitment Account Manager, you'll take ownership of a busy industrial account, spending two to three days each week at the client's site and the remainder in the Bedford branch.

• Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing an onsite workforce of around 40 temporary workers, increasing to approximately 90 during peak season
  • Delivering onsite inductions and ensuring workers are fully compliant
  • Supporting performance management and attendance
  • Building strong relationships with the client and temporary workforce
  • Responding quickly to staffing requirements and operational issues
  • Working closely with the branch team to ensure a seamless service

About You

  • To be successful as an On Site Recruitment Account Manager, you'll already understand the pace of industrial recruitment and enjoy being hands-on with both clients and candidates.

• You'll ideally have

  • Previous recruitment experience, ideally within the industrial sector
  • Experience managing temporary workers or onsite accounts
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Confidence dealing with performance and attendance matters
  • The ability to build lasting relationships with clients and workers alike
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
