What Will You Be Doing
As a Guest Relations Agent, you will manage our hotel switchboard and handle all internal and external calls professionally and efficiently. You will provide exceptional attention to detail in hotel services, knowledge, and communicate with warmth and appropriate tone.
DUTIES
- Achieve positive outcomes from guest inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Accept and deliver all messages accurately for guests and team members.
- Handle emergency calls immediately, relaying comprehensive and accurate information as required.
- Ensure all wake-up calls are timely.
- Assist with front-of-house administration.
- Follow company brand standards and maintain high guest service levels at all times.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation.
- Attend training courses as required.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and landmarks. Flexibility and multi-skilling are valued, and tasks may vary to meet guest needs.
What Are We Looking For In You
- A helpful attitude, confident in answering questions and engaging with guests.
- Previous hotel or similar experience is a plus but not essential; eagerness to learn is important.
- Aiming to leave guests with a memorable experience.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Proficiency in IT; knowledge of OPERA PMS is preferred.
