What You\’ll Do
- Be the face of the guest experience from arrival to departure, delivering memorable experiences.
- Constantly seek opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests, ensuring every guest leaves happy.
- Confidently deliver the key restaurant processes and standards, including our service steps, and demonstrate these consistently.
- Maintain very high standards of service, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness.
- Have full knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items on the menu.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with the kitchen and other team members.
- We believe in flexibility and multi-skilling, and you may be asked to do different tasks from time to time to enable us to meet the needs of our guests.
What Are We Looking For In You
- Our breakfast service runs from 6 am, so you must be a morning person ready to meet and greet our guests each morning.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for others.
- Previous experience in a waiter/waitress role is a plus.
- You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other, and has fun along the way.
- This role requires flexibility in your working week to meet business needs.
- Have excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Having a reliable method of transportation to the hotel is essential – we have no on-site parking.
