Parker seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to support two manufacturing operations in Coventry and Ansty. You will be the visible HR face for leaders and employees, handling ER, engagement, talent processes and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
You will build strong relationships from shop floor to senior leadership, influence decisions, coach managers, and help shape workforce planning and change initiatives across UK and US sites.
