If you are an experienced and ambitious Operational Performance Improvement professional with experience in M&A Operational Integration, Separation, and Carve-out projects, then there has never been a better time to join my prestigious client, a highly entrepreneurial practice who are considered as a key 'mover and shaker' within the Operational Deal Advisory space.
They have an enviable reputation, providing groundbreaking innovation & solutions and unrivaled career progression opportunities.
Off-the-back of a unique expansion phase, my client is looking to grow their Operational Advisory team who specialise in Integration, Separation and Carve-Out projects within the Deal/M&A arena.
They are looking to recruit a seasoned and proactive Manager who can take a hands-on role in leading projects and adding demonstrable value to the transaction.
To qualify, you will have gained at least 2 years of experience within a leading Consulting firm OR as part of an in-house M&A team.
You will have gained hands-on experience of at least one of the following:-
– Deal synergy reviews
– Integration/Separation projects
– Carve-Out Planning and Implementation
– Divestment Support
You will also have gained experience, or have a keen interest in managing/developing a team and developing business off-the-back of internal/external networking.
Above all, you will not be afraid to 'roll up your sleeves' and will have the experience to create tangible value to the deal.
