Our Client is a specialist commercial refurbishment company known for delivering high-quality projects across London. Key Responsibilities: * Review and coordinate M&E designs during pre-construction * Identify technical risks and value engineering opportunities * Support tender reviews, subcontractor selection, and procurement strategy * Prepare technical input as part of the bid team for future work * Manage technical submittals and ensure timely approvals * Coordinate with design team, site teams, and M&E subcontractors * Oversee M&E installation, compliance, and on-site quality assurance * Monitor subcontractor performance and resolve technical queries * Manage commissioning strategy and witness testing * Ensure delivery of O&M manuals and as-built documentation * Support technical handover and post-completion follow-up Requirements: * Proven experience in managing cut & carve commercial refurbishments * Solid understand of construction mechanical & electrical Technical Services * Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and materials. * Experience and involvement in client design and tender stage * Excellent project management and organisational skills. * Ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams effectively. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Salary : Package up to £90k. Travel to sites can be claimed on expenses. Contract: Permanent
