The Opportunity An Excellent Opportunity for an Assistant Site Manager to deliver a brand new largescale RC frame residential development in Bracknell under a Project Manager. The project will consist of 400 units split between multiple RC frame towers over several phases on a long term build programme. The development will also include ground floor commercial space, underground and overground parking, a leisure centre and community centre, along with extensive infrastructure and landscaping. You will be working as part of a team to deliver high spec apartments on a large high rise site initially taking plots from 1st fix through to completion on a long term build, for a business with an extensive portfolio of future projects and a genuine opportunity to progress your career and training. * 400 Units * Multiple RC frame blocks * Infrastructure and Landscaping * Extensive portfolio of future developments in in the area * Great progression routes The Candidate The ideal candidate will be an Assistant Site Manager with a background in delivering new build residential schemes; able to manage programmes & budgets, and successfully lead a site team to deliver an exceptional quality product, with key focus on detail and an eye for quality.
