Working as an Inclusion Leader, you are required to provide strategic direction and be an advocate for inclusive practice across the school as a whole. Within this MS Primary role, you will be ensuring that all pupils, particularly the most vulnerable, are receiving a high quality of education that meets each of their individual needs.
You will be working closely with senior leadership to collaborate over ideas to secure the best outcomes for every child. This Primary school in Plaistow is happy to support any child and is open to working with children that perhaps have been excluded and not accepted to other schools within the borough, as they believe that each child should be able to access education, no matter what that looks like to them.
