North East London SEND Specialist Long Term We here at Parker Smith are currently working with brilliant Mainstream Primary and Secondary Schools as well as wonderful, Specialist SEND School’s as well as SEMH setting and PRU’S, that are seeking SEND Specialists to support students on a 1:1 basis or small groups. The ideal candidate should be focused and determined to encourage pupils to reach their full potential. You should also be empathetic, friendly and able to form good relationships with children as well as having a genuine passion for the job. You should be a positive role model for all and always be promoting good behaviour. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and always be looking for learning opportunities.
