The Project Trainer Specialist will design, deliver, and evaluate the OTSM training suite for a user base (5000+ across virtual and on premise locations). This training will range from simple documentation support to in-person sessions depending on the need of each team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct Needs Analysis: Consult with objective managers and stakeholders to identify critical training gaps caused by new processes or software.
- Design Curriculum: Build comprehensive training frameworks, lesson plans, user guides, and digital learning assets tailored to diverse business audiences.
- Deliver Training: Facilitate engaging instructor-led workshops, webinars, and hands-on system simulations across multiple business functions.
- Support System Rollouts: Provide dedicated, high-touch training support during critical go-live windows to accelerate user adoption.
- Evaluate Effectiveness: Measure training success using post-course assessments and feedback surveys to refine materials continuously.

Requirements:
