Parker Rhodes Hickmotts Solicitors are seeking to appoint an experienced Residential Conveyancing Executive within our busy Residential Conveyancing Team.
The ideal candidate will be expected to:
- Have a strong technical background of residential property work
- Handle all client matters in a professional, efficient and cost-effective way
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Ensure clients, and those associated with the case, are informed regularly of the current position
- Provide support, as directed, to the Head of the Department
- Have knowledge of IT and case management systems
- Achieve personal targets, which will be revised annually
Previous experience in dealing with sales and purchase both registered and unregistered titles, Leasehold flats, Shared Ownership, Transfers of Equity and re-mortgages is preferential.
This is a permanent position with contracted hours being 9:00 am to 5:15 pm Monday to Friday, although part-time may be considered.
Your salary is dependent on your knowledge and experience.
