The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers and students both inside and outside the classroom. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions.
  • Assisting students with additional learning needs.
  • Helping to manage classroom behaviour and engagement.
  • Supporting pupils with coursework and lesson activities.
  • Encouraging student confidence, progress, and participation.
  • Working closely with teachers and SEN staff.

We Are Looking For

We welcome applications from both graduates and experienced Teaching Assistants who are passionate about education. You should have:

  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
