Self-Employed Mobile Glazier – Social Housing & Domestic Works

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Self-Employed Mobile Glazier to carry out reactive and planned glazing works across social housing and domestic properties throughout the Portsmouth and South area. This is a long-term ongoing contract with a minimum of 12 weeks' work, with the opportunity for continued work for the right contractor.
Duties
- Glazing repairs and replacements.
- Replacement of sealed double-glazed units and single glazing.
- Repairs and installation of uPVC windows and doors.
- Emergency boarding-up and make-safe works where required.
- Reactive maintenance and planned works.
- Working in occupied social housing and private domestic properties.
- Completing job reports and maintaining a professional standard of work.
- Providing excellent customer service while working in customers' homes.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Glazier.
- Experience within social housing, domestic repairs, or reactive maintenance preferred.
- Competent in uPVC window and door repairs and glass replacement.
- Own hand tools.
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile workload.
