Managing Surveyor required for a SSE Framework / National Grid contract in Dorset. Potential to work 3 days site / office and 2 days from home.

The suitable candidate will manage the commercial team in the provision of robust commercial support to the contract delivery team to ensure the profitability, cash management, cost control and accurate reporting of all schemes. Your role will require you to ensure:

  • Management of application and credit control processes
  • Management of the maximisation of income
  • Management of all processes with regard to costing and forecasting
  • Management of change control systems
  • Management of project risk
  • Management of CTC and Op. Stats.
  • Management of the full sub-contract cycle
  • Provision of commercial advice to Project Teams
  • Development and improvement of relationships with Client, subcontractors and suppliers
  • Management of dispute resolution
  • Management of and input into Commercial Services
  • Management of Training plans
  • Input into Corporate marketing and tendering
