Commercial Refrigeration Engineer (75% Refrigeration / 25% Air Conditioning) We’re growing and looking to bring in a skilled Commercial Refrigeration Engineer who takes real pride in their work and wants to be part of a quality-focused, well-organised team. This role is primarily refrigeration-led, with occasional air conditioning work. It suits an engineer who is confident in commercial refrigeration systems but also comfortable turning their hand to AC when required. This is not a rush-job culture — we value engineers who think ahead, work methodically, and do things properly the first time. The Role You’ll be working across a mix of commercial sites, carrying out predominantly refrigeration work with some supporting air conditioning duties. Your responsibilities will include: * Installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial refrigeration systems (primary focus) * Occasional installation and maintenance of air conditioning systems * Fault finding and diagnostics with a right-first-time approach * Working across a varied range of commercial projects * Representing the company professionally on site and with clients What We’re Looking For We’re keen to speak to engineers who: * Are fully qualified in refrigeration (essential) * Have strong, proven experience in commercial refrigeration * Have some exposure to air conditioning work (or willingness to support it) * Take pride in high-quality workmanship and attention to detail * Are strong problem-solvers with a practical, logical approach * Are reliable, professional, and consistent on site * Care about reputation and doing the job properly Why Join Us We’re a quality-led business that values skilled engineers and well-run work.
