Senior Technical Coordinator required for a Bespoke house builder. Salary 60 K basic, 4.8K car allowance, bonus scheme, health care, pension and 7.5% BONUS.
Role Overview
The Senior Technical Coordinator manages the technical process from planning handover through the construction and sales process, ensuring timely, accurate information to support bespoke homebuilding standards. The role involves coordinating consultants including architectural, structural, civil, and M&E teams, reviewing and approving drawings and technical information, and ensuring design information is coordinated and issued on time. It includes managing RFIs, technical queries, and design risks, conducting buildability reviews, coordinating utilities, foundations, drainage, and infrastructure, and supporting value engineering while maintaining compliance.
Responsibilities also cover attending site and technical meetings, resolving on-site technical issues, supporting variations and specification changes, ensuring compliance with Building Regulations and warranty requirements, managing Building Control submissions, supporting inspections and closing out technical issues, and maintaining registers, trackers, progress reports, and monitoring design progress against programme milestones.

- HNC/HND or Degree in relevant construction discipline
- Professional membership desirable
- Full UK driving licence
