We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join a leading residential property developer. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-quality developments, helping customers find their ideal home while delivering an outstanding buying experience from initial enquiry through to completion. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with buyers and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the sales office and show areas to an exceptional standard at all times.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each development's unique selling points and adapt sales strategies throughout the sales cycle.
  • Monitor the local property market and competitor activity to position developments effectively.
  • Manage and maintain the customer database to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Proactively generate new sales leads alongside marketing-generated enquiries.
  • Use telephone, virtual appointments and digital sales tools to engage prospective buyers.
  • Apply effective sales techniques to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Progress customer reservations through to legal completion.
  • Proactively manage the sales pipeline, identifying and reducing the risk of cancellations.
  • Deliver a seamless customer journey throughout the purchasing and legal process.
