Are you an experienced BMS Engineer looking to join a growing business with ambitious plans for the future? We're looking for a genuine BMS Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience of Building Management Systems. This isn't a role for someone who's simply worked alongside BMS systems. We're looking for an engineer who understands BMS controls, enjoys fault finding and maintenance, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service to clients.

The Role
As a BMS Maintenance Engineer, you'll be responsible for maintaining and supporting Building Management Systems across a variety of commercial sites, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently and reliably. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out reactive repairs
- Maintaining and supporting Trend and/or Tridium Building Management Systems
- Maintaining system backups, software and licences
- Producing detailed service reports with recommendations for remedial works
- Surveying sites for maintenance contracts and small works
- Updating asset registers and system documentation
- Identifying opportunities to improve system performance and energy efficiency
- Participating in the on-call rota
About You
We're looking for someone with genuine hands-on BMS engineering experience. To be successful, you'll have:
- Previous experience working as a BMS Engineer, BMS Service Engineer or BMS Maintenance Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Trend and/or Tridium Building Management Systems
- Experience fault finding, servicing and maintaining BMS controls
- A good understanding of HVAC control systems and field devices
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- A full UK Driving Licence
Experience with technologies such as Niagara, BACnet, Modbus, HVAC controls or energy optimisation would be advantageous but isn't essential.
