Our client is currently seeking a skilled Multi Trader from either a Carpentry or Plumbing background to join their team on a permanent basis. Our client works within the Construction and Property Services sector, and you will be completing responsive repairs for Local Authorities and Social Housing. Successful candidates will have previous experience working in Property Services and hold an NVQ in either Carpentry or Plumbing.
Salary: £34,000 - £35,000
Location: Portsmouth
Working hours: 9:00 - 17:00 (with overtime available)
Duties:
- Carry out responsive repairs and installations for local authorities and social housing
- Use a PDA device to record and report completed works
- Represent our client with a positive, customer-facing attitude
Requirements:
- NVQ in either Plumbing or Carpentry
- Full, clean driver's licence
- Past experience using a PDA device
