We are seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join a high-quality residential development in Oxfordshire on a fixed-term contract. This is an opportunity for an established new homes sales professional who can take ownership of a development and operate confidently as the sole sales representative on site. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of selling new-build homes directly for a housebuilder, with the commercial awareness and independence to manage a development effectively from day one.
About You

- Able to take responsibility for the full sales process and adapting your approach to changing market conditions.
- You will understand how to generate interest, manage buyers, progress reservations and completions.
- Maximise sales in both strong and challenging markets.

- Has independently managed sales on multiple developments.
- Is commercially astute and understands local market conditions.
- Can adapt pricing, sales strategy and buyer engagement in response to market conditions.
- Is confident managing the customer journey from initial enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of sales activity at the development.
- Manage enquiries, viewings, reservations and sales progression.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the buying journey.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates.
- Work closely with internal teams, solicitors, mortgage advisers and other stakeholders to progress sales.
- Monitor local competition and market conditions.
- Adjust sales approach and buyer engagement accordingly.
- Proactively follow up leads and maximise conversion opportunities.
- Support the achievement of development sales targets and commercial objectives.
- Represent the development and the company to a consistently high professional standard.
