Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Multiskilled Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving the mechanical, electrical, and building systems in a commercial environment. This role requires a proactive individual with a broad skill set, capable of managing a range of tasks to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the premises. Key Responsibilities: * Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on all mechanical, electrical, and building systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations. * Reactive Maintenance: Respond promptly to breakdowns or faults, diagnosing and resolving issues to minimize downtime in a commercial environment. * Electrical Maintenance: Perform electrical installations, repairs, and troubleshooting on a variety of systems including lighting, power, HVAC, and control systems. * Mechanical Systems: Carry out maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, boilers, pumps, and other building-related equipment. * Building Fabric Maintenance: Ensure the upkeep of the building fabric, including minor construction, carpentry, painting, and plastering tasks. * Compliance: Ensure all work is performed in compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
