My client is a multifaceted construction and civils company based in Northern Ireland. Due to an increase in work, we are looking for a Senior Administrator to join the company.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end bid process including PQQ and tender submissions
- Managing client documentation from initial receipt through to final submission
- Setting up internal tender folders
- Overseeing all portal activity such as clarification, uploads and submissions
- Ensure that all deadlines are monitored and bid submissions are accurate, complete and issued on time
Education and qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and other construction-related software
Background
- You will need experience in a similar Administrator role within the construction sector
