Role and Responsibilities:
- Installing and maintaining electrical installation and equipment (single & three phase systems)
- Repairing current using equipment and replacing malfunctioning components
- Working in commercial and domestic environments
- Assembling new electrical components and current using equipment
- Interpreting electrical wiring diagrams
- Work well both individually and as part of a team
- Adhering to the safety protocols while performing daily operations
- Designing, installing small electrical installations
- Testing newly installed electrical installations
- Addressing any customer complaints and service requests
- Reviewing and communicating approximate work completion timelines to clients
- Undertaking regular maintenance checks and inspections
- Populating and issuing electrical certification
- Present a high standard of work at all times
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering
- 18th Edition
- 2391 Testing and Inspection; desirable
- At least 2 years of experience as an Electrical Technician, Electrical Supervisor, or a similar position in the electrical industry
- Full driving licence
