We re looking for a genuine BMS Maintenance Engineer with hands-on experience of Building Management Systems.
This isn t a role for someone who s simply worked alongside BMS systems.
We re looking for an engineer who understands BMS controls, enjoys fault finding and maintenance, and takes pride in delivering a high level of service to clients.

The Role As a BMS Maintenance Engineer, you ll be responsible for maintaining and supporting Building Management Systems across a variety of commercial sites, ensuring systems operate safely, efficiently and reliably.
Your responsibilities will include: * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on BMS systems * Diagnosing faults and carrying out reactive repairs * Maintaining and supporting Trend and/or Tridium Building Management Systems * Maintaining system backups, software and licences * Producing detailed service reports with recommendations for remedial works * Surveying sites for maintenance contracts and small works * Updating asset registers and system documentation * Identifying opportunities to improve system performance...
