An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Installation Air Conditioning Engineer. This is a mobile role covering Kent, London, and surrounding areas, working on a variety of residential and commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced installation engineer with strong technical knowledge of air conditioning systems, capable of delivering high-quality installations from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be reliable, well organised, and take pride in their workmanship while working as part of a supportive team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Installing air conditioning systems including Split, Multi-split, VRV/VRF systems, and FCUs
- Carrying out full installations from first fix through to final commissioning
- Installing pipework, containment, condensate drainage, and associated electrical connections (within competence)
- Pressure testing, evacuating, charging, and commissioning systems
- Ensuring all installations comply with F-Gas regulations, health & safety standards, and manufacturer guidelines
- Working on both residential and commercial sites
- Completing all installation, commissioning, and handover paperwork
- Liaising professionally with clients, site managers, and internal teams
Requirements
- Be located within 15 miles of Dartford
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have significant industry experience installing air conditioning systems
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Show initiative, problem-solving ability, and a professional attitude on site
- Be flexible, reliable, and trustworthy
Essential Qualifications
- Technical: F-Gas, Safe Handling, Electrical qualifications, City & Guilds or equivalent
- Health & Safety: CSCS, PASMA, IPAF, or similar
Package & Benefits
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per year (depending on experience)
- Overtime: Evening and weekend overtime available
- Location: Mobile role (office based Kent)
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 AM – 5:30 PM
