Hinckley (Mobile role) Up to £45,000. Plumber / Gas Engineer required for a mobile role covering sites around Hinckley, working across a mixed portfolio of 70% commercial and 30% domestic properties. This is a varied position involving gas, heating, plumbing, maintenance, installation, and remedial works.

The Role – Plumber / Gas Engineer

  • Planned and reactive maintenance on commercial and domestic gas systems
  • Fault-finding, servicing, and repairs on boilers and heating equipment
  • Carrying out installation and upgrade works
  • Completing remedial works following inspections
  • General plumbing works including repairs, replacements, and maintenance
  • Small mechanical works where required
  • Working across commercial sites including offices, retail, and public sector buildings, alongside domestic residential properties
  • Ensuring all works are completed in line with current regulations and safety standards

  • Up to £45,000 basic salary
  • 8am-4:30pm Monday to Friday

Requirements – Plumber / Gas Engineer

  • Valid Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1 or equivalent)
  • Domestic Gas qualifications (CCN1 / relevant domestic tickets)
  • Experience in both commercial and domestic maintenance / installation
  • Strong plumbing experience
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Full UK driving licence
