Parker Jones Group is a recruitment business, created and run by experienced and successful recruiters operating in the Property Services, Building Services, Construction and Defence sectors. We need to grow our highly successful Property Services team and are now searching for Recruitment Consultant/s to join our friendly, professional, and ambitious team.
An opportunity to join our in-house training program and learn from an experienced team enabling you to climb the career ladder within recruitment. Continuous training and support will be provided throughout your career.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Build and nurture business-to-business relationships with targeted clients, with the aim to secure job vacancies and fill requirements in a timely and effective manner.
- Build new relationships with clients.
- Maintain active networks of clients and candidates.
- Write job adverts.
- Process applications and CV submittals.
- Advise candidates and clients of the hiring process, best practices, and ways to improve for desired outcomes.
- Arrange interviews and provide interview guidance.
- Negotiate one-off and large-scale commercial deals.
- Manage your time effectively to hit target and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual goals.
