Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned and reactive fabric maintenance.
- Work on a variety of fabric trades including carpentry, patch plastering, painting, basic plumbing, flooring and general building repairs.
- Receive and check deliveries of materials.
- Complete job worksheets and submit weekly paperwork.
- Assess asset condition and report any life-expired items.
- Order materials required for works and assist with remedial costings.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in line with contract requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Fabrics / Multitrade Engineer.
- Strong all-round building maintenance skillset.
- Relevant qualifications.
- Ability to work independently in a mobile role.
- Full UK driving licence.
