About the Role: I am seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Temporary Data Entry Assistant to join a wonderful client of mine. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident using digital systems. You will be responsible for managing email communications, updating records using our CRM system (CAFAM), and following up on outstanding reports and meter readings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update accurate data in the CAFAM CRM system.
- Respond to and manage incoming email enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with relevant parties to chase outstanding reports and meter readings.
- Maintain accurate and organised electronic filing systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth data processing and task completion.
- Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a data entry, administrative, or customer service role.
- Confident using email systems (e.g. Outlook or Gmail) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Experience using CAFAM or similar CRM systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
