The predicted salary is between 43200 - 72000 £ per year.
To manage all aspects of the railway contract by leading the team and working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the contract key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) are met thereby contributing to the company’s profitability.
- Manage rail Hard FM services contract ensuring all KPIs and SLAs are met
- Run daily reports to monitor the performance of the team and ensure corrective actions are taken if SLAs and KPIs are not being met
- Prepare the client period end report in the agreed format and to the agreed timescale and any ad hoc reports requested by the client
- Chair client meetings and prepare action plans arising from those meetings
- Provide leadership and coaching to the team to ensure cohesive working across all disciplines from the Helpdesk to the multi skilled operatives
- Check and submit the application for payment via Asset-Pro/Client CAFM systems within 14 working days after the end of the four-week period
- Part of the out-of-hours escalation process
- Oversee the periodic audit process with the client
- Generate enquiries, prepare tenders and submit bids for work
- Develop new business from existing clients and introduce new clients
- Work with Finance to prepare project cash flows and profitability reports
- Monitor site Health & Safety and quality of work
- Prepare scope of works and sub–contract documentation
- Utilise database and spreadsheet packages to prepare job reports
- Follow HBS gated project management process and complete monthly reports for the Contract Director
- Identify ways to improve the delivery of the contract and discuss with the Senior Managers
- Meet all KPIs measured on a periodic basis
Qualifications:
- PTS qualified (Personal Track Safety)
- Full UK Driving License
- Recognised Business Qualification (Desirable)
Proven Experience:
- Contract management experience of the Rail industry
- Proven experience in a senior role
- Proven experience in the facilities management sector
- Proven experience of delivering projects on time, within budget and to specification
- Proficient in the use of MS Office packages and AssetPro
