BMS Project Manager\\n\\nLondon\\n\\nSalary up to £80,000\\n\\n * Know and understand the Company values and ethos and display these characteristics.\\n\\n * Complete a handover of each new project from the salesperson, update the project engineer with any requirements and ensure that the project is engineered with the delivery of the point schedules C des ops at the start of each project.\\n\\n * Identify key program dates to ensure that these are deliverable, highlighting any issues to the client.\\n\\n * Produce a BMS programme of works and ensure that these align with the main program and that these can be met.\\n\\n * Liaise with the clients to ensure the delivery of the projects meet their expectations and that the projects are delivered within the remit of what we are contracted to do.\\n\\n * Oversee any works delivered by sub-contractors and ensure that these are managed with work orders issued on time and that their work is completed to the level expected.\\n\\n * Identify any additional works and quote these as variations, ensuring that these do not hinder the delivery of the main project.\\n\\n * Ensure that profit and loss targets for each project are delivered through the control of all budgets.\\n\\n * Oversee and assist with the planning of the project calendar making sure that resources are used in the most efficient manner looking for innovative solutions to staffing and operational expenses.\\n\\n * Provide support to the projects team. This support will also aid the development of the engineers and help identify potential training requirements for the project engineering team.\\n\\n * Recognise the needs of the business and provide relevant information to the management team as and when additional engineering resources are required.\\n\\n * Provide weekly department reports to line manager and attend monthly management meetings.\\n\\n * Provide weekly risk reporting on each project.\\n\\n * Live tracking of each project to allow analysis at any given time.\\n\\nKey Performance Indicators:\\n\\n * Minimum of 30% gross profit margin on each project.\\n\\n * Each project delivered on time C on budget.\\n\\n * Client satisfaction.\\n\\n * Resource capacity targets.\\n\\n * Live tracking of each project to allow analysis at any given time.\\n\\n * Maintaining project milestones on time.\\n\\nRequirements:\\n\\nMinimum 5 years working within a similar role.\\n\\nMinimum 3 years working within the BMS Industry.\\n\\nExcellent leadership skills.\\n\\nExcellent communication skills.\\n\\nExcellent problem-solving skills.\\n\\nExcellent delegation skills.\\n\\nExcellent Enthusiasm.\\n\\nExcellent Team-building skills\\n\\nRelevant qualifications (Electrical or mechanical qualifications.
