We are currently working with a specialist refrigeration and air conditioning contractor delivering projects across the UK within supermarket, retail and commercial environments. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to support both AC and refrigeration installation works across a range of projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer who is confident carrying out AC installations but also has previous refrigeration installation experience to support the wider team during quieter AC periods.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Installing air conditioning systems across commercial and retail environments
- Carrying out installation works on split, multi split and VRV/VRF systems
- Supporting refrigeration installation teams on supermarket and retail projects when required
- Assisting with refrigeration pipework installations and associated mechanical works
- Pressure testing systems prior to commissioning
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and installation schematics
- Ensuring all works are completed in line with health and safety regulations
