Build quality. Drive excellence. Make a real impact.

Are you a hands-on manufacturing professional who takes pride in precision, safety, and doing the job right? We are looking for a proactive Bonding Operator to join our high-performing production team.

This is more than an operator role—you will be a key part of producing high-quality engineered products in a safety-first environment, with opportunities to develop your fabrication, inspection, furnace operation, and TIG welding skills.

What you’ll be doing

Every day will bring variety. You will support operations across the Bonding Shop, including:

  • Producing and fabricating components to exacting quality standards
  • TIG welding to ASME standard, where required
  • Grinding, guillotining, box fabrication, and furnace operations
  • Conducting plate inspections and Vacuum Leak Testing
  • Identifying, recording, and reporting non-conforming material
  • Supporting equipment reliability through TPM activities
  • Driving excellent housekeeping through 6S and supporting MPS initiatives
  • Helping create a workplace where everyone goes home safe through active HSEQ compliance and near-hit reporting

What makes this opportunity stand out

  • Varied, skilled work: Build capability across multiple production disciplines—not just one repetitive task.
  • Quality you can be proud of: Your attention to detail will directly support products that meet demanding engineering and customer standards.
  • Safety-first culture: You will work in an environment where safety, quality, and continuous improvement are everyone’s responsibility.
  • Real team impact: Work closely with experienced colleagues and contribute to improving how the shop operates every day.
  • Opportunity to grow: Develop practical technical skills in welding, fabrication, inspection, maintenance, and lean manufacturing activities.

What you’ll bring

You will ideally have 1–3 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment, along with a practical, reliable, and quality-focused approach. You will be comfortable following detailed procedures, working independently when needed, and collaborating as part of a busy team.

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Safety-conscious and committed to high standards
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities
  • A clear communicator and supportive team player
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision
  • Keen to learn, improve, and take ownership of their work
